There are two types of IT Outstaffing:

Leasing Staff: With this system, your organization enters into contractual arrangements with the contracting agency over three months.

Temporary Staff: Where you require extra personnel for an additional project that involves intervals of 1 week to 6 months, this is the IT outstaffing solution you need. With this, you can get a temporary replacement for a full-time employee within your organization. You can also sign the replacement up as a full employee after a probation period. Essentially, we can also recruit for your company with this service.
